GDRFA Dubai invites customers to complete their transactions though smart devices during Eid Al Fitr holiday

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai invited customers to complete their transactions during Eid Al Fitr holiday from 29 Ramadan until 03 Shawwal 1442, through its website www.smart.gdrfad.gov.ae and the GDRFA DUBAI's smart application which is available at the Android store and Apple store. Noting that “Amer” centers will be closed during the same Eid holiday period.

The customers can contact “Amer” call center on the toll- free number 8005111 from inside the country or on the number +97143139999 from outside the country or thorough the email (amer@dnrd.ae) for any inquiries. 

The customer happiness center 24/7 at Dubai International Airport at Terminal 3, will work during the holiday to receive urgent cases only, in order to facilitate the completion of customer procedures and ensure the health and safety of everyone.
