Uzbekistan Delegation visits Dubai Police Airport Security and 901

As part of the official visit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan delegation, H.E Turakhojaev Najmiddin Sadriovich, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs for Information Technology, and his accompanied employees have visited the Operations Room at the General Department of Airport Security, and the Call Centre 901 at the General Headquarter of Dubai Police.

Airport Security

The delegation was briefed on the latest technologies that Dubai Police utilized to secure the visitors and tourists of the emirate at Dubai International Airport. They were also introduced to the Reassessment of Airport Security Personnel program (TIRT), a program developed by the Dubai Civil Aviation Security Centre to train and qualify Dubai Police's inspectors stationed in Dubai airports to detect prohibited objects that travelers transport through their luggage or shipments. 

 

Call Centre 901

Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs for Information Technology was also toured in the Dubai Police's non-emergency call center 901, a one-stop-shop service through which customers can submit their reports, suggestions, and inquiries. It is an integrated channel managed by one specialized department to enhance the efficiency of all previous services provided by Dubai Police such as Police Eye, Public Feedback, Interactive Chat, Email, and Leaders at Your Service. It also includes some of the latest smart technologies and artificial intelligence services and provides 33 over-the-phone services to community members and the force’s employees.
