Mohammed bin Rashid terminates services of CEO of MBR Housing

In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE,  His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum issued Decree No. (42) of 2021, terminating the services of Sami Abdullah Gargash, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, effective from Tuesday 14 September. The Decree will be published in the Official Gazette.

Meanwhile, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, issued the Council’s Resolution No. (41) of 2021, naming Omar Hamad Abdullah Hamad Bu Shehab, executive director of the commercial registration division at at the Dubai Department of Economic Development, as acting CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, for 6 months period subject to renewal. The Resolution is effective from today, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
