The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Binghatti Developers, marking a significant step in strengthening public-private sector collaboration to advance sustainable housing in Dubai. The agreement underscores MBRHE’s commitment to fostering knowledge exchange, exploring joint investment opportunities, and delivering housing solutions that meet the needs of its beneficiaries.

As part of the agreement, MBRHE and Binghatti Developers will share expertise on global best practices in housing development, with a particular focus on integrating cutting-edge construction and project management technologies. Additionally, both parties will explore potential investment opportunities to support the growth and sustainability of Dubai’s housing sector.

Under the MoU, Binghatti Developers will provide MBRHE beneficiaries with access to high-quality housing units at affordable prices, including apartments and villas. These properties will be available across different stages of development—off-plan, under construction, and ready for occupancy—offering diverse options tailored to meet the needs of citizens.

The agreement also emphasises the adoption of modern technologies in housing projects, incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) and the latest advancements in construction and project management to enhance quality and long-term sustainability.
